Camembert-Date Canapés with Tyrolean Ham

Ingredients

1 loaf of root bread
250 g camembert
250 g dates
1 pack of HANDL TYROL Tiroler Speck PGI Ham

Additionally
Balsamic glaze
Fresh rosemary sprigs

Method

Level of difficulty:
Beginner
  1. Cut the root bread into slices about 2 cm thick. Slice the camembert into thin pieces. Remove the pits from the dates and cut them in half.
  2. Top the bread slices with camembert and drape the ham on top.
  3. Finally, add the dates on the canapés. Before serving, garnish with fresh rosemary and balsamic glaze.
