Pistachio-Cranberry Canapés with Tyrolean Loin

Ingredients

1 baguette
250 g ricotta cheese
1 package HANDL TYROL Tiroler Speck PGI Loin 
Wild cranberry compote
30 g pistachios

Method

  1. Slice the baguette into pieces about 2 cm thick. Peel and crush the pistachios.
  2. Spread ricotta cheese on the slices of bread and layer the loin on top.
  3. Garnish the canapés with wild cranberry compote and chopped pistachios.
  4. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil before serving.
