Raclette Pan with Apple, Tyrolean Raclette Bacon & Cheese

Ingredients for 10 raclette pans

2 apples
100 g HANDL TYROL Fine Raclette Bacon
100 g raclette cheese or tangy mountain cheese
50 g roasted and salted pumpkin seeds
Optional: apple chutney or fig mustard

Method

Level of difficulty:
Beginner
  1. Wash, quarter, core and thinly slice the apples.
  2. Place the apple slices in a raclette pan. Grill the raclette bacon and add to the pan. Cover with cheese and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Place under the raclette grill until the cheese has melted.

Serve with apple chutney or fig mustard, if desired and enjoy!
