Raclette Pan with Potatoes, Mountain Cheese & Tyrolean Raclette Bacon

Ingredients for 10 raclette pans

200 g potatoes
100 g mountain cheese
100 g HANDL TYROL Fine Raclette Bacon
Thyme

Brings flavour to your pan: HANDL TYROL Fine Raclette Bacon HT Feiner Raclettespeck

Method

Level of difficulty:
Beginner
  1. Cut the pre-cooked potatoes into 1 cm thick slices.
  2. Grill the raclette bacon until crispy.
  3. Place the potato slices in the raclette pan first, followed by the mountain cheese slices and the crispy raclette bacon, then put it under the raclette grill.
  4. Once the cheese has melted, remove the pan and garnish with fresh thyme.

Tip: Enhance with freshly ground pepper.
