Raclette Pans with Pear, Gorgonzola & Tyrolean Raclette Bacon

Ingredients for 10 raclette pans

150 g gorgonzola
3 pears
Thyme
150 g HANDL TYROL Ham Cubes
100 g HANDL TYROL Fine Raclette bacon

Method

Level of difficulty:
Beginner
  1. Cut the pears into 0.5 cm thick slices. Also cut the gorgonzola into thin slices.
  2. Briefly grill the pear slices if desired.
  3. Then place the pears in the raclette pans, top with gorgonzola slices and sprinkle with Ham Cubes. Place the pans under the raclette grill until the cheese has melted.

Tip: Garnish with thyme leaves.
