Ingredients for 10 raclette pans

10 small slices of white bread / baguette
20 g butter
120 g HANDL TYROL Tiroler Speck PGI Speck Platter
10 quail eggs
Chives, freshly chopped

Method

Level of difficulty:
Beginner
  1. Slice the salami into thin strips. Spread butter on the slices of bread.
  2. Place the bread and salami strips into the raclette pan. Cover with mountain cheese and place under the raclette grill until the cheese melts.
  3. Meanwhile, carefully crack open the quail egg with a sharp knife. Fry the quail egg on the raclette grill and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Once the cheese has melted, place the quail egg on top.
