Raclette Pans with Tyrolean Bergwurz

Ingredients for 10 raclette pans

150 g HANDL TYROL Tyrolean Bergwurz
2 apples (alternatively, you can use potatoes!)
120 g organic Tyrolean mountain cheese (sliced)
Walnuts

A piece of Tyrolean delight: HANDL TYROL Tyrolean Bergwurz AMA Tyrolean Mountain Raw Sausage 1 pair Handl Tyrol

Zubereitung

Level of difficulty:
Beginner
  1. Slice the apples and Bergwurz thinly.
  2. Place 2 apple slices in the raclette pan, layer with Bergwurz slices and cover with cheese.
  3. Place under the raclette grill until the cheese is melted, then garnish with walnuts.

Tip: Garnish with fresh herbs for extra flavour!
