Raclette Pans with Tyrolean Speck Julienne

Ingredients for 10 raclette pans

10 small slices of white bread / baguette
1 pomegranate
200 g brie
2 pears
100 g HANDL TYROL Tiroler Speck PGI Speck Julienne
Honey (optional)

Method

Level of difficulty:
Beginner
  1. Remove the pomegranate seeds, slice the pears and cut the brie into long pieces.
  2. Lightly grill the bread. Place a slice of bread in the raclette pan, top with pear and cheese. Sprinkle speck julienne on top and place under the raclette grill.
  3. Once the cheese has melted, take the pan out and garnish with pomegranate seeds.

Tip: Drizzle with a little honey.
