Tyrolean mountain cheese crisps with Ham Cubes

Ingredients

100 g mountain cheese, in one piece
50 g HANDL TYROL Tiroler Speck PGI Ham Cubes

Perfect for sprinkling: HANDL TYROL Ham Cubes Tyrolean Ham PGI Speck cubes Handl Tyrol

Method

Beginner
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Cut the mountain cheese into slices approx. 0.5 cm thick. Then cut into small rectangles approx. 4x4cm. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper approx. 2 cm apart. Spread the ham cubes over the cheese rectangles and bake in the oven for approx. 10 minutes.
  2. Take out and leave to cool. This will make the cheese crispy.

The perfect accompaniment to our chanterelle tartare with Tyrolean bacon!
