Oven-Baked Cheese with Tyrolean Speck Julienne

Ingredients for 4

3 packs round Tunworth cheese
2 packs of HANDL TYROL Speck Julienne
200g mushrooms
500g potatoes
Nuts/Cranberries/Chives
4 tbsp herb crème fraîche

Method

Level of difficulty:
Advanced
  1. Prepare the cheese according to the instructions.
  2. Steam the potatoes with the skin until tender.
  3. Sear the bacon and mushrooms together until golden brown and set aside.
  4. Top the oven-baked cheese with mushrooms, bacon, nuts, cranberries, and fresh chives.
  5. Halve the potatoes and each with a tablespoon of crème fraîche.

Tip: Use crispy onions for extra flavor!
