Raclette Pans with Tyrolean Almkantling
For an evening full of flavour and enjoyment: Raclette pans with Tyrolean Almkantling.
20 minutes12 pieces king prawns
140 g HANDL TYROL Fine Raclette Bacon
BBQ skewers
Curry butter baguette:
1 baguette
125 g butter
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp curry powder
½ lemon
salt, pepper
Parsley
Prawn skewers:
Wrap prawns with bacon and stick 3 on each skewer.
Curry butter:
Mix soft butter with lemon zest, juice of half a lemon, curry powder, chopped parsley and finely grated garlic until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Slice up the baguette and put it on the table.
At the table:
- Grease the Raclette Grill with olive oil and grill the prawn-skewers on both sides till crunchy.
- Spread the curry butter onto the sliced baguette, put it in the small pans and let the butter melt into the bread inside the Raclette Grill.
- Remove the prawns from the skewer and serve with the warm curry baguette slices.
No Raclette Bacon at hand? Our Finest Bacon is of course also suitable!
